Film Policy and CatalogEducators have found videos to be a very effective tool in the educational process. Videos can clarify facts, reinforce learning, bridge community and church organizations, parent and youth groups, and other professionals in Cameron and Willacy Counties. FILM POLICY Videos can be reserved by calling our Education Department during regular office hours: Community Affairs Department A trained Community Health Educator will make every effort to assist you with your title selection and arrange your reservation. If our educators are unavailable, please leave your name and phone number so they can reach you. --WE STRONGLY encourage a preview of all videos and educational materials before group use. --Many of our videos are in high demand so we ask that you use them and return them within 3 DAYS. If you are unable to return a video as agreed, please notify us so that it does not interfere with someone else’s reservation. --Please limit your selection to no more than 2 videos at one time. --Transportation of films to and from our Department is strictly the responsibility of the borrower. --We do not have projectors or video cassette players for lending or renting. --We request that videos are handled respectfully and that any damage be reported to us immediately. --Videos are available free of charge. Copying of any video(s) is strictly forbidden. Videos are grouped by general topics. Abbreviations for target groups are: E – Elementary HS – High School
